Air Treatment Equipment
Air treatment equipment removes moisture, oil and solid particles from compressed air so that it meets the cleanliness required by your process. The usual combination is a refrigerated air dryer, an air receiver tank and precision filters — individually or as a complete purification system.
1. Refrigerated Air Dryer
The dryer cools compressed air down to 2-10°C by refrigeration, condensing out water and lowering the pressure dew point, which protects piping and equipment from corrosion. The high-temperature (G) series suits hot air straight from the compressor; the standard-temperature (T) series suits pre-cooled air.

Working conditions: inlet air temperature ≤45°C; ambient temperature ≤38°C; pressure dew point 2-7°C; inlet pressure 0.6-1.0 MPa; pressure loss ≤5% of working pressure; air cooled. The standard-temperature (T) series is available in the same sizes, 1.5-22 m³/min; larger sizes on request.
2. Air Receiver Tank
The receiver tank stores compressed air, stabilises system pressure, absorbs demand peaks and helps separate residual moisture and oil. Fabricated from Q345R pressure vessel steel, with working pressures of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.3 MPa and volumes from 0.6 to 5.0 m³.

3. Precision Line Filters
Multi-layer filtration removes solid particles, moisture and oil mist for oil-free, contaminant-free air. The HOS series covers small and medium flows; the HKS series covers higher flows.

Filtration accuracy: dust 3 μm; water 1-3 μm; oil 0.01 μm. Differential pressure indicator and automatic drain valve are optional; modular multi-stage filter groups meet different ISO 8573.1 cleanliness classes.

General workshops: receiver tank plus refrigerated dryer. Coating, laser cutting and precision pneumatics: add precision filters (4 stages or more). Food, pharmaceutical and electronics: high-cleanliness and sterile filtration.
