In early spring we press ahead with solid work and compete for progress. Since the beginning of the year, Shancheng Subdistrict has taken the "Year of Serving Enterprises" as its key lever, continuously improving the business environment and shifting from "passive response" to "proactive service", helping enterprises seize the start of the year, improve quality and efficiency, and sprint towards a strong first-quarter opening.
Walking into the site of Shandong RuiWo's high-end machinery intelligent manufacturing project, the smart production workshop is bustling. As a benchmark among the 2025 provincial major implementation projects - "recruited, built and put into production in the same year" - it represents a total investment of RMB 500 million and took only three months from contract signing to production start, setting a new "Shancheng speed". Inside the workshop a fully automatic intelligent production line for screw air compressors runs at high speed, while technicians carry out final commissioning of high-end air compressors about to be shipped overseas.
Shan Rui, General Manager of Shandong RuiWo Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.: "We are now at the critical stage of ramping up capacity in the early phase of production. Every line is running at full load in trial operation, and once we reach full capacity we expect to produce 30,000 air compressors of all types per year. Thanks to our advanced R&D team, the energy efficiency of our PM VSD products is improved by more than 15%, and the market response has been very good - overseas orders are already booked into the second half of the year. Growing this fast would not have been possible without the Subdistrict's nanny-style service; from paperwork to labour supply, they always think one step ahead of us."
With full support from Shancheng Subdistrict, Shandong RuiWo has used its strong technology to expand overseas, with products sold to more than 50 countries and regions and an expected annual export revenue of RMB 400 million. The Subdistrict plays the role of "chain leader" in the industrial chain, with RuiWo as the "chain master", connecting top-level resources, guiding small and medium-sized enterprises into the supply chain, accelerating the building of a full-chain industrial ecosystem and driving the industry towards cluster-based, high-end development.

RuiWo Machinery is a major provincial project, so we set up a dedicated team from the moment the contract was signed. On paperwork we coordinated the approval, planning and environmental departments to get involved in advance and implemented parallel approval, so the company could avoid detours. We will continue to deepen the one-enterprise-one-policy approach and make our service even more refined."
