RuiWo Completes Batch Delivery of PM VSD Screw Compressors

Delivery Overview

RuiWo has completed production and factory testing of a new batch of PM VSD screw air compressors. Twelve units were packed and shipped out. The equipment will be used for the complete air supply of an automotive parts plant, covering stamping, welding, painting and assembly processes.

Configuration

These units use a permanent-magnet VSD air end paired with a high-efficiency vector inverter. The wide pressure range and fast response let the machine track changing air demand by adjusting rotor speed automatically, saving roughly 20%-35% energy at partial load compared with fixed-speed models. High-efficiency oil separation and a large cooler keep oil carry-over below 3 ppm with stable discharge temperature.

System and Delivery

Besides the compressors, the shipment includes refrigerated dryers, precision filters and air receivers to form a complete compressed air system. Every unit passed a 4-hour load test and air-tightness check before dispatch, with inspection reports supplied. Our service team has completed installation and commissioning briefing so the plant can start production quickly after arrival.
